Citrix receiver not working / Futro S920

Dear Team,

We tried connecting Futro S920 Thin Client through Citrix receiver to the VDI server, it is not able to connect to the server but when we ping to the server ip from thin client it is successful while putting same ip in citrix receiver to connect it gives error " Destination host unreachable ". Sad

We are even able to connect to VDI server through browser but not through the Citrix receiver which is the main aim of customer for using the Futro S920 as it is compatible to Citrix HDX protocol.

I have observed the server ip is 172.16.0.82
While thin client ip is by DHCP which 172.16.2.x

If we can ping successfully then we should able to connect to VDI server through Citrix Receiver but can`t !!! Sad

I have contacted them and and send them email with snapshots error, I hope it gets resolved.Sad
