As of October 18th, 2013, all current FUJITSU Server PRIMERGY system models received the Windows Server 2012 R2 Logo, like the majority of their predecessors. In total, these are 30 FUJITSU Server PRIMERGY system models.

The Logo
The Certified for Windows Server 2012 R2 logo demonstrates that a server system meets Microsoft's highest technical bar for security, reliability and manageability; and with other certified devices and drivers, it can support the roles, features and interfaces for Cloud and Enterprise workloads, as well as business critical applications. Passing the Windows Certification is an important precondition for the release of our FUJITSU Server PRIMERGY systems with Windows Server 2012 R2.

Fujitsu was the one and only major OEM to reach the Windows Server 2012 R2 logo status for its entire server product range on the release day of the new operating system.

In emails sent to Fujitsu, Microsoft's OEM Server division and the Microsoft WHQL team wrote: "Congratulations on your great achievement! Looking forward to seeing Fujitsu as the best migration leader in the IT solution industry across global!"

Special thanks for this outstanding achievement go to all development, certification and qualification engineers who contributed to this result.
