Server View Operation Manager Upgrade

On a RX300 with Win2k8 i have Serverview Operation Manager Ver. 5. It does alarm collecting and sends alarms fine. But it is not more manageable. after i do the login, it remains checking user privileges even for one hour and nothing else. Is this an issue anyone has come into? I can consider upgrading the software, but it's not possible to upgrade to version 6.30. So what to do? uninstall and fresh install of new version is the only last chance, but i'm really afraid of loosing all configurations. Thanks to all !

This sounds more like a customer-specific problem, so the best idea would be to contact your national helpdesk at http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/contact/servicedesk/... or file a support request at https://support.ts.fujitsu.com/contact/contactform... . However, regarding the upgrade issue, it's not possible to go directly from SV OM 5 to 6.3 - you have to take an intermediate step and first upgrade to SV OM 6.00.06. Thank for your answer. Now i will check it with local customer support an moreover the links you have suggested. If i will be able to solve the problem in any way, i'll post the solution.
