Hello

I sold two of those to one of my costumers promissing that they can use two screees. But we have a problem.

I sent with them:
DVI-HDMI cable (working)
DP-HDMI adapter + HDMI cable (not working)

Do the DP-HDMI adapter need to active? the one I sent was passive.

Hello Christian,

Our support says the DP and the HDMI port can be adapted via adapters.

Hi,
I have test it with no problem using three monitors at the same time. What I've usedConfused A Fujitsu E420 PC, the PR08 connected to one of the USB 3.0 ports (be sure you are using a 3.0 port, the blue ones), a C2G DVI to HDMI conversor for the DVI PR08 port and the Fujitsu S26391-F06055-L210 DP to HDMI conversor for the DP output. Then just the E420 VGA port for the main screen. Sorry that's what I've at our office. First of all I've installed the Drivers that comes with the PR08, then I've connected everything and hooops three monitors working with no problem.
Let me guess that maybe you've got a problem with DP to HDMI conversor, perhaps you are using a not 1.2 DP standard compliant or soConfused Try with Fujitsu's one.

Hope that helps you.

At least it help me in that way that I now know that it is doable Smile Thank you!

But we have not solved it yet.

I'll ask them to test on a USB 3.0 port. Not sure if they done that.

Considering the adapter Fujitsu Norway is having a hard time to get them for me. Is there alternatives?

This is the ones we testet so far:

Be sure about the USB 3.0 cause otherwise surely you will loose features.
I join you with the complaint about how Fujitsu treats sotcks, prices and delivery times for some products. There's a long way to walk for improving here, let's pray someone take into consideration our complaint here.
That's something infuriating true with peripherals. Cross-sellConfused Impossible!!!
There's no sense to have higher prices for the same product than the own builder with no anymore explanation for what Fujitsu gives you more for the extra price. Just the logo and the bagConfused And not always. Take a look at the Kensington locks, Adata USB memories, Adata External HD,... Simply, frustrating. I can't find a good selling reason.
Three weeks delivery times always for a peripheral when Fujitsu should got a small stock always for that. No sense.
No stock. No sense!!!
Let me explain you a small trick that we're using. If the peripheral really hurry ups you, contact with an Expert Partner that repairs Fujitsu computers in your country and ask him to order it as spare part. 24-48 hours delivery time!!!! YES.
Otherwise, we've got a small sotck of peripherals that we could sell at Fujitsu PVD to other partners but we only have one unit S26391-F6055-L210 (opened for your testing) and we will have to charge the delivery to your country (we are in Barcelona) so maybe first option will be cheaper and faster, but as last option.

We could sell much more for Fujitsu, but seems someone on the top haven't understand it yet. That's my personal opinion and experience of course.
