Hi,
could anybody explain me the difference between a GA and GM display Service code. In PC Architect under Service tab and if you go under each Display Service Section there are two different kinds of codes the ones starting with GA and the ones starting with GM. Same prices and descriptions so don't know which it's the real difference and if there's any which one it's better to use.

Many thanks.

From what I see all the GA services are SupportPacks and the GM services are TopUps

Many thanks Hermann,
but what does it means in a practical wayConfused
Maybe if I order the display from fabric with the waranty extension included I should ask for the TopUp code and if I order the display and then the warranty extension I should use the Support Pack codeConfused Something close to the "L" and "E" codes on System ArchitectConfused

In principle you are correct. If you order a display from fabric you should add a TopUp warranty, otherwise you always have to add a SupportPack. However there are some countries that do not want to sell TopUps at all. In this case you always have to add a SupportPack.

Within PcArchitect/SystemArchitect you can use the service assistant to add services. This works for base variants as well as for AddOn components.
