Come to Amsterdam for the First TechCommunity Virtualization Workshop!

SELECT Experts who have specialized in Advanced Server Solutions and Virtual Client Computing have a new date to add to their calendar: From June 24 to 26, 2015, you're all invited to join the first-ever TechCommunity Virtualization Workshop in the beautiful city of Amsterdam.

Based on the fabulous feedback of the 2014 participants, we have decided to double the available partner seats on this year's TechCommunity Workshops. Therefore we would like to invite you to the first of five 3-day TechCommunity Workshops we will conduct for global SELECT Expert partners in 2015.

This first event will not only give you insights into Fujitsu's strategy for the 'software-defined' future, but also feature keynotes from our technology partners VMware, Microsoft and Citrix that explain what they will focus together with us over the upcoming months. Plus, on the third day we will offer a series of hands-on specialist workshops on the latest virtualization technologies and other important topics such as VDI best practices and eLCM. Best of all, you won't need to worry about spending too much money: All on-site costs will be covered by Fujitsu; the only thing you have to invest is your valuable time and your travel fare.

Target groups for this workshop are IT architects, SELECT Expert Server or VDI presales consultants, and post-sales engineers. One of the essential goals is to foster the exchange of experiences within the Fujitsu virtualization community as well as with product management, headquarter experts and consultants working on customer projects all over the world. Therefore we will have enough time for face-to-face discussions and networking.

The First TechCommunity Virtualization Workshop starts with a lunch and a get-together on Wednesday, June 24, at noon and ends on Friday, June 26, at 3:00 PM. The language is English; there are currently 45 seats available for those who'd like to join us.

Attending this exam-free workshop will grant every participant 4 points in the SELECT Expert Virtual Client Computing Curriculum. Alternatively, these 4 points can also be booked on the SELECT Expert Advanced Server Solutions Curriculum – please give us an indication in case you want to switch the points.

To register for this event, please log into your TechCommunity account (membership required) and follow the link you'll see below. Logging in will also give you access to the detailed agenda for all three days of the event. Once you have registered, we will automatically arrange your hotel room in the Dorint Amsterdam near Schiphol Airport. There is a regular free-of-charge shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back.

Hope to see you all in Amsterdam – expecting again a very fine event.
