31.05.2014, 16:27

I have an issue. So far not been able to cancel/reset BIOS Password.

All the normal CMOS reset procedures will reset Date and Time, but not the Password

ESP E3520 ESTAR /DC E5300/2GB/DVD SM/
Win7 Pro 32-bit

BIOS - Phoenix SecurityCore
V6.00 Release R1.06.2841.A1

G41-MCH (Onboard on D2841-A1x)

If anyone knows the procedure, please let me know

Hello flyingscot,

Since the BIOS password is a security feature, it is not possible to reset your forgotten BIOS password by yourself.

Please contact our technical support ( support.ts.fujitsu.com )
in cases where you need to reset your BIOS. They offer a service with which you can reset your BIOS password.

With best regards
