Hi all the community.
Has anybody found problems on USB ports on E/P4X0 desktops, specially running under Windows 10 the older models. I've already got several cases from customers that had problems detecting USB accessories. They work fine and suddenly they stop working with no apparent reason. If you check the dispositives administrator console you can see a conflict on the USBs that could be normally solved by deleting the dispositive and letting OS detecting it back again although sometimes you should do that several times. Other times it solves just changing the dispositive from one USB port to another but anyway that shouldn't happen. It's quite annoying specially if you got a mouse and/or USB keyboard.
As there's no supposed support for Windows 10 on some of that PC's and the problem didn't seem to happen on Windows 7 I assume there should be some kind of problem at drivers level. As desktop update software didn't work on that cases and no Windows 10 drivers sections exists on the web for many of that models don't really know what could be done. In some cases I've install a USB PCIe card but shouldn't be the solution. Anybody else have found that

Any solution
